How To Order

Price Description
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct. However, slight variations on the website may occur between actual goods and those pictured; uniformity can not be guaranteed especially on handmade products. I reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
You have the right to decline orders if you feel that the price and or product varies from the description given on the website.
Stock Availability
I endeavour to keep adequate stock of all raw materials for the items displayed, but there may be times when I am waiting for stock to be replenished. All my items are handmade. I do not keep them in stock, so that I can craft them to suit your individual taste. At the time of placing your order, I will advice you if there is a longer than normal delivery time on the item you require.
Delivery
I aim to deliver as soon as possible, but it can take up to 21 business days. Handmade items may take up to 4 weeks, but if items are required urgently, please feel free to e-mail me and I will see what I can do!
Postage & Packaging
I aim to send all orders via Royal Mail. Returns Policy
Returns to be made within seven days of purchase, in the case of unwanted items, you will only receive the cost of the purchase and not the postage paid. I hope that our products reach you in perfect condition, but please do not accept parcels that have been seriously damaged in transit. If goods are received that have been damaged, please send me an e-mail with further details: alibdesigns@sky.com.
VAT
At present I am not VAT registered therefore no vat is charged.
